Due to the nature of the products offered, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This is standard for jewelry, especially earrings and is necessary to uphold sanitary standards.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me at ShopHoneyHearted@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can discuss a replacement or repair.
Should an item become damaged, please email me photos and a description of the problem to ShopHoneyHearted@gmail.com. I will assess the damage and if it falls within normal wear and tear* within 2 months of receiving the jewelry, I will gladly send a shipping label for repair and cover the cost of said label.
*Please note that normal wear and tear does not include an earring sustaining damage from being thrown in a purse, not stored with care, or washed in the washing machine, as some examples. Please treat all jewelry with care because though the materials and designs are intended to be sturdy, they are not intended for rough usage. Please see more detailed care instructions at this link.
If the damage occurs after the 2 month period, I am unable to cover shipping costs back to me for repair and then back to you after repair - these will be your responsibility, but there is no additional charge for jewelry repair.
